For EU orders, please note that your shipping rate, duties and taxes will be calculated at checkout.

During festive and promotional seasons the order preparation process may take up to 5 working days before orders are shipped.
We advise customers from outside the UK to keep checking our terms and conditions where we will announce where we can continue delivering to the rest of Europe. A full summary of the shipping details, including the payable total amount, will be displayed to you at checkout before the order is confirmed. 

UK orders are normally delivered within 3-10 working days from the shipped date (unless stated otherwise). During festive and promotional seasons the order preparation process may take up to 5 working days before orders are shipped. No orders are delivered on UK bank holidays. For information of these dates kindly refer to the following link; https://www.gov.uk/bank-holidays. You must allow at least 48 hours for your order to be picked and prepared in our warehouse.

On rare occasions, delivery times may be longer during periods of high demand or a national crisis. In such circumstances, we will do our best to resolve any delays and provide adequate communication.
